Hello, and thanks for visiting! Our family from Wisconsin fell in love with the Florida gulf coast, and after visiting every opportunity we could get, we purchased two homes next to each other in Bradenton, Florida. We renovated them from top to bottom and listed them on Airbnb, where I found I LOVE hosting guests from around the world and creating a welcoming and well-appointed home for them to create memories. Soon, friends, family, and past guests starting contacting me to help with hosting and setting up their rentals and this organically turned into a business!
As a former librarian, I found the skills to research, utilize data to make decisions, attention to detail, and communication are a perfect match for this field. My response rate on Airbnb is 100%, and I go above and beyond to provide guests with recommendations of things to do in the area and ways to maximize their stay.
I have always loved art and design, and feel I have mastered the form + function balance in creating a space for guests. My design choices are both practical and stylish, so you can host hundreds of guests and maintain a beautiful aesthetic.
